Public conference call with Comrade Athiyamaan, founder of Aathi Thamizhar Peravai (ATP).
ATP is an “Arunthathiyar” (Dalit) movement founded by Athiyamaan in 1994 at Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu, India. Its goals are to re-establish economic, cultural and social status among the Arunthathiyar community, who are considered outcast, oppressed by all other castes, non-caste societies and whose living condition is below the poverty line.
Comrade Athiyamaan also inaugurated the AKSC website during this call.
